This is in regards to a recent incident in Texas City that took place between April 6 2010 – May 16 2010 in which BP admits(as an estimate) to releasing 538,000 lbs of chemicals (17,000 lbs of benzene, 37,000 lbs of nitrogen oxides, 186,000 lbs of carbon monoxide) due to a failing component in their Texas City plant, that they chose to not shut down due to production losses that would be incurred. The galveston daily news originally reported this on June 5, 2010 with little public attention being paid to it. I recently read, in a small local San Leon publication (San Leon Seabreeze), a follow up article to this which claims the effects of this chemical release were far greater than BP is acknowledging. The publication went as far as to say that people will start developing cancer in 1-2 years, and that there will be a large death toll. From a legal standpoint, would you have to be ill and dying before you could take legal action on this? How would something like emotional distress figure into this? If they were releasing chemicals in the air and I was unaware at the time, I now feel as though I could be breathing dangerous chemicals at any given moment. Not to mention their horrible safety record, and the 2005 explosion that took place in Texas City. Anyone got some legal advice?

Voters for federal office must be US citizens by law. State offices require voters to be citizens of that state (which in effect requires them to be US citizens). I’m not saying that there isn’t a huge fraud problem (there is – the laws are not being enforced well), just that it is already a requirement. A national ID is not the answer either. Laws are laxly enforced because some influential people whine that legitimate voters will be denied their vote if we make them prove they are citizens before voting but my belief is that those weeded out are likely to be those people who vote based on what others tell them they should do, ie, the people who are unwilling to prepare themselves. The US would be better off anyway if a greater percentage of those who do vote were knowledgeable voters. I’d also like to see the Electoral College strengthened as so many people are now squeezed into narrow strips along the four coasts that vast parts of the country simply have their views mainly ignored. It’s not a big state/little state issue anymore.

My dad died this year living his ninety year old wife as executrix of his will, I was next if my stepmother was not able to serve. which she was not. she is well know in this because she was very active, everyone knows her mind is going. This morning, as I have many times before, I did a search for my old 7th grade history teacher from 14 years ago (96-97), only to be redirected to a page demanding my Credit Card Number which I shall not give! Kolodzy and other forms of his name), and it kept telling me the same thing — that he has 1 birth, 1 marriage, 1 divorce, and 1 death record that cannot be accessed without membership to archives.com. So is there any possibility that this is a mistake or something standard they use to try to hook you? I’ve tried doing similar searches with other names but didn’t find any records in that box. So could you please tell me if it is possible that 53-year-old Ron Kolodzy in Texas, born on April 29th of 1957, is still alive? Is there any hope that he isn’t really dead? And what can I do to find out more information about him if he really is? How do I find-out when he died, what from, and where he’s burried if it turns out to be true that he has passed away?

When u do searches that result in an immediate response for your credit card info, aren’t technically completing your request.. (so 9 out of 10, it’s just a default response)but maybe you should higher an investigator or try to locate family members to be certain… or look up the obituary in the news paper for that timeframe… wish u luck…
