Before you vote, will you answer these questions?

February 28th, 2010 Leave a comment Go to comments

What do you think about obama’s tax plan and being called selfish and unpatriotic if you are not willing to pay more taxes? What about the people who are not paying taxes and will receive a check (that comes out of taxpayers pockets?) What about the biased press and media – ACORN – his aunt here illegally (who will vote?) No birth certificate, health records, release of college thesis? What about his prediction that the coal industry will go bankrupt under him? What about Rev. Wright and other reputable friends/advisers? What about Joe the Plumber getting death threats for asking a simple question? About the McCain supporters getting kicked off Air Obama- the Florida anchorwoman? My son’s friend’s car which was keyed for having a McCain sticker? My other son’s friend who was punched for supporting McCain? Please answer these questions honestly and not in anger and I may vote for obama tomorrow.

Due to the uncertainty of Obama, I voted for McCain. I was a Hillary voter. I voted Republican across the board. Your question solidified my vote for McCain.

No. I have no interest in the Right wing propaganda. You realize a McCain supporter carved a B in her face and blamed a Black Obama supporter, right? You realize McCain supporters are mailing out fake flyers claiming the voting dates are changed, right? You realize McCain supporters were claiming Obama was an Arab and not to be trusted because of it, right?

Most of what you have said is true, that being said, he did give a one page medical report, and he does have and did give a birth certificate. And the people that were kicked off his plane starting today were newspapers that endorsed McCain. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think that was right but that is how they do things. And I am voting for McCain, but some things were not really right in your question.

Mr. Robin Hood (Obama) is going steal from the rich and give it to the poor and if you believe that you are living Fantasy Land .Investors and companies and business will move out of the USA. Ask your self why would you want to invest and have to pay more TAX? Also I am sorry to say as long as you have the American work force mostly pushing paper around and not making something useful. Americans will be poorer than ever before. Obama will make more government for you.

Do you see the rude remarks by the Obama supporters.

This is the trend the US will take in the future.

I think Obama is right..we need a Civilian National Guard..why?

because when these Obama supporters find out the country is losing

more then they are gaining..and that the dollar is worthless ..and

food and fuel is in short demand..then they will turn on Obama faster

    then you can say…***Political Correctness*****

    Wow that’s a long list……

Being called selfish and unpatriotic if you are not willing to pay more taxes = Who said that?

ACORN = Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, is a community-based organization that advocates for low- and moderate-income families by working on neighborhood safety, voter registration, health care, affordable housing, and other social issues.

No birth certificate = It’s on Barack Obama’s official website the whole time.

Joe the Plumber = He made a bold move, so people investigated him. So is there any problem? Obama’s also being investigated a lot too. Popular people get investigated a lot, that’s normal.

My son’s friend’s car which was keyed for having a McCain sticker? = Keyed? What’s keyed?

What about Rev. Wright and other reputable friends/advisers?
    &
My other son’s friend who was punched for supporting McCain? = My dog has four legs, cats have four legs, therefore my cat is a dog. Does this sound true to you?

    1. Tax plan… The Republicans took as much out of context as they could. Take the time to research what he said and you will come to a very different conclusion.

Should we allow the deficit to keep going up or should we pay more in taxes? Nobody wants higher taxes, but in the end we have to lower the deficit.

As far as people that get a refund larger than what they paid in, it happens every year.

The economic stimulus checks that Bush pushed for done the exact thing that everyone is now screaming about. It gave money to people that were getting back more than they paid in.

As far as the other issues you raised, it is the Republican party that raised these issues in an attempt to scare you into voting for their candidate.

    Ask yourself this:

Which candidate represents hope for our nation, has lead the most positive campaign and represents the best chance for change.

The last eight years have been in large a failure.

Can we afford more of the same?

Obama is anti American and only real Americans can see this apparently. God forbid that man becomes our president, I don’t know what will happen to our country if he does. My vote is for McCain and all of my military friends and familys vote’s are also for McCain. I fear for my family being a military family if Obama wins this election.

obama could have said that white hatred himself and he would get a pass because he is black,

obama could have brought his aunt across the borders personally and it would be ok because he is black,

obama could have’d keyed the car himself and he is just being misunderstood, because he is black.

    didn’t you know that.
He is just a misunderstood black man and his whole life which has been negative, has been taken out of context and we just don’t know.
Obama is a liar and he could give a hoot about the american people

sorry to inform you republicans boo the statements are very true, I don’t know about the car thing or the punching thing, but neverthe less it is true, you are just another pass giver like the liberal media a lot of . obama spoke those words himself , but oh I forgot we took he already clarifeid those statements like he has done fror everything else in his life.

I am not here to do your homework for you. All you have stated are lies and have been proven to be so through very reliable sources. People will believe what they want and to even state we can change your mind this close to election tells me you are just goating people.

1.) You either just tuned into the election
2.) You have your mind made up by the statement my sons friend got punched(prob another lie just like the B lady)
3.) You are a person who uses guilt by association

Finally you cannot choose your family and to blame Obama for his Aunt is just ridiculous. So I don’t want to change your mind cause there is nothing that will. All I can hope for is you will not vote.

*It’s is unrealistic to think the middle class’s shoulders can hold up anymore of the financial paromiod.
*We need to invest in people, through education, stop illegal drugs, social services programs that help ,not hold people back, good jobs so poor can move from poor to middle-class.
*Press has been bias on both sides
*Obama has already spoken out against his Aunt breaking the law, which he opposed. He didn’t know she hadn’t left. And is repaying the $260.00 she contributed to his campain in $5 incriments.
*Joe the so called Plumber, could have faded into the background, instead of accepting more public appearances with McCain. He wanted the spotlight and possibilties of ALL that came with it.

    McCain:
McCain fortune traced to organized crime
Mob figures later implicated in Arizona savings and loan scandal

Founding Member of the Keating 5 Back in the old days, defendants in famous trials got numbers — the Chicago Eight, the Gang of Four, the Dave Clark Five, the Daytona 500. McCain was one of the "Keating Five," congressmen investigated on ethics charges for strenuously helping convicted racketeer Charles Keating after he gave them large campaign contributions and vacation trips.

Charles Keating was convicted of racketeering and fraud in both state and federal court after his Lincoln Savings & Loan collapsed, costing the taxpayers $3.4 billion. His convictions were overturned on technicalities; for example, the federal conviction was overturned because jurors had heard about his state conviction, and his state charges because Judge Lance Ito (yes, that judge) screwed up jury instructions. Neither court cleared him, and he faces new trials in both courts.)

McCain intervened on behalf of Charles Keating after Keating gave McCain at least $112,00 in contributions. In the mid-1980s, McCain made at least 9 trips on Keating’s airplanes, and 3 of those were to Keating’s luxurious retreat in the Bahamas. McCain’s wife and father-in-law also were the largest investors (at $350,000) in a Keating shopping center; the Phoenix New Times called it a "sweetheart deal."
Letterman should also have pointed out that the only reason Ayers didn’t "pay his debt" is because the federal government was engaging in the same kind of illegal surveillance that McCain has supported under the Bush Administration and so couldn’t convict Ayers.

But since Letterman did bust McCain for Palin’s claim that Obama "palled around" with terrorists, plural, it’s probably worth pointing out the number of terrorists McCain pals around with.

The media has already talked about McCain’s ties to John Singlaub and the US Council for World Freedom, which had ties to Nazi collaborators and right-wing death squads. McCain claims to have resigned the board in 1984–though he remained supportive until 1986. And he attended the group’s events after the time, in 1984, when Jack Anderson (whom Gordon Liddy plotted to kill) exposed the group’s ties to far-right radicals.

A news article and two documents tie McCain to the council in 1985, a year after he says he resigned. The group’s Internal Revenue Service filing in 1985, covering the previous year, lists McCain as a member of the council’s advisory board. In October 1985, a States News Service report placed McCain, Rep. Tom Loeffler, R-Texas, and an Arizona congressman at a Washington awards ceremony staged by the council.

This was McCain palling around with right-wing extremists who served as a front to supply funds to terrorists.

And then there’s Carl Lindner, the CEO of Chiquita during a period when it was knowingly providing material support to terrorists in Colombia, first FARC and then AUC. McCain palled around with Lindner in July at a $25,000 fundraiser in Ohio.
*I sorry about your friend’s car, same as with volunteer Todd who made false police report about an Obama black man supporter. Some people go to far.
*I will look up the Florida anchorwoman story
*If your son was assaulted,he can file a police report, and put this person in jail for assault
    *Either way you decide-just vote

This is a great country, where those that have the drive and ambition can achieve wealth. It is BECAUSE this country is the way it is that people are able to succeed, so why would anyone who has done so well and gotten such wealth not want to help in the support of the country that provides such a wonderful opportunity?
People will not get "checks", the benefit will be in programs to help those in need and assist in building up infrastructure, which will create jobs.
Biased press and media… like Fox? Or the other side… MSNBC? There is bias in the media, and I think much of that can be blamed on the Bush years and the mess we are in at the present time.
ACORN is a strange thing… Did you know that ACORN actually reported the frauds and problems? Funny that they would shine the light on themselves.
The immigration status of many in this country is a problem, due to the fact that so many want to come here. The facts are not out on her case.
Do you understand that to run for President you HAVE to be a U.S. born native? Do you actually presume that the CIA, FBI and many other agencies have NOT verified this? Please!
    Obamas health records are released.
The coal industry thing was taken out of context, it was based on a discussion about China, and he is correct, coal is not the answer.
As far as associations… McCain and G. Gordon Liddy? The Keating 5? His character in what he did to his wife Carol?
His disclosure of flight routes while a prisoner? Everyone has issues and problems and people in their life. Do not base a person by these things.
Joe the Plumber was an unknown until McCain made him a superstar. Any person that gets into the limelight will get these death threats from sick people, I am sure that McCain and Palin have gotten their share along with Obama.
Reporters are neccessary evils. Sometimes to be played with, sometimes to be ignored. Palin avoided all reporters for months. Just normal tactics.
Sorry to hear that your son’s car was scratched by some person that is obviously in need of some serious counseling.
As to his friend being punched, there may be more there then you have heard, as is usually the case.
Believe it or not, I am not an Obama supporter. Nor am I backing McCain.
Campaigns always bring out the worst in some people as they attempt to discredit, associate, or crucify the opponent.
Take a careful look at each person running.
Visit their websites and read it with an open mind.
Watch CNN and CSPAN along with FOX and MSNBC.
    Then vote.
Either way you vote… Just vote.
