I question how many unpopular decisions cops actually make in the public’s eyes except for obvious police abuses. To all of you who say that it’s illegal to record someone who doesn’t want to… When it’s an uninvited person on your personal property, you have a right to record them for the purposes of defending yourself in court. The actual law in New Hampshire specifically allows video recording and specifically denies audio recording of people without their consent. Thus, this recording is legal (though an argument could be made that the mic needed to be turned off).
