    RSA 570-A:2-I …
    RSA 570-A:2-I That’s all. As for the shelter issue. Just get a warrant, no need to entertain these clowns.

    @ServiceAboveSelfk9 …
    @ServiceAboveSelfk9 You just don’t like being accountable and seem to forget who gives you your power. Do you really think it’s so easy to get a million signatures? Or say 75% of the town or city the cop works in? If so many people are against the cop, should he not be fired? Your saying the government does a perfectly good job of investigating itself, we fire all the bad cops. Well guess what, no one believes you. So when all else fails, we should be able to peacefully vote your out.

    To fire many …
    To fire many officers for doing stupid that you people complain that the goverment over looks, If i could show you the files I would, There is no need for officers to be petitioned off the department. That would be like petitioning to fire a carpetener for leaving saw dust on your law after building a deck. Its bullshit

    Solving a felony …
    Solving a felony like a rape case and taking taking drugs that could be harmful off the streets, You just see the videos of the douche bag police officers that abuse thier power and are on power trips, Not all police officers are like that, If you gave them a chance maybe you would realize that they are just out there to make a living and put food on the table like every other person in this country. Also the admin does a pretty good job of firing problem officers, As a lieutenant ive had

    @iso56k123 Your …
    @iso56k123 Your logic is stupid. As soon as a police officer arrest some pot smoking teenager for doing something thats AGAINST THE LAW, what hes been hired to do, The kid will start a petition against the officer for doing his job, Or people like you that hate every single police officer because you think they are all bad. No one watches videos of a police officer doing a good job, Or a police officer helping someone, Or a police officer saving someone from a car accident or

    @ServiceAboveSelfk9 …
    @ServiceAboveSelfk9 If we can recall the mayor we should be able to recall a cop or any public official for that matter. The police should kiss the community’s ass. I question how many unpopular decisions cops actually make in the public’s eyes except for obvious police abuses. A good cop I think would have plenty of opportunities to make friends, like don’t grab my junk at the airport and we’ll be great friends.

    April 4th, 2011 at 16:16 | #14

    @iso56k123That …
    @iso56k123That would never happen. Because we would get these anti police, burnout douche bags that would sign away every cop in the town because they think that all cops are bad even though they dont know them all. If they passed this law then police would spend all the time kissing the communities ass, Police have to make unpopular decisions and they shouldnt have to pay for it. A good cop has no friends, My dad told me that when i was young and iIe carried that through my police career

  15. iso56k123
    April 4th, 2011 at 16:16 | #15

    Maybe we should …
    Maybe we should pass a law stating the people can fire any cop with enough signatures.

    @Outdoorsforum said …
    @Outdoorsforum said: They are purposely trying to provoke the police.
    Oh? Where did you see that? It seems to me the OFFICER was trying to provoke the videographer, by illegally threatening her for exercising her constitutional right to videotape public officials performing their public duties.

    @DOCTORDANification …
    @DOCTORDANification: Filming the police in public is legal EVEN IF AUDIO is reproduced, despite state laws to the contrary.
    “The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest.” (Smith v. City of Cumming, 11th Cir. App., and similar in other Circuits)

    To all of you who …
    To all of you who say that it’s illegal to record someone who doesn’t want to… When it’s an uninvited person on your personal property, you have a right to record them for the purposes of defending yourself in court. The actual law in New Hampshire specifically allows video recording and specifically denies audio recording of people without their consent. Thus, this recording is legal (though an argument could be made that the mic needed to be turned off).

    umm yeah it is illegal to record people who dont want to be recorded. people can change their minds. they were just being to the police, trying to get a response. they got it.
