You know, that theory about the grandmother is assuming the she has access to the social security database in CT. Also, there is no way for her to know whether he would have surviving relatives or not. Just because a person lives in any particular state doesn’t mean their families would only be in that state, also.

I searched SSDI and the listing for him has not been verified or proven (according to Social Security).
