He doesn’t need a birth certificate, his mother is American, therefore he is a citizen as well. Regardless of where he may have been born, lived, or ability to produce birth certificate. His mother is Amercian, therefore he is american, there is nothing to debate.

What a wonderful day this is to have this 7 part question, that I believe has been asked 90,000 times in the past week. The records are where they are, I do not know because I do not work for the agencies to have them, why don’t you call all of the places you have listed and try to track all of this down. I am sure everyone will be glad to hear from you, you have a nice relaxing way of asking such a wonderful question and now I know I can make it to the end of my work day knowing I had the opportunity to provide an answer to this delightful question.

The birth records are right where they are supposed to be, protected by the very same privacy laws that govern you and me.
Why on earth should anyone outside his family care who attended his mother’s funeral or who paid for it? Or who her survivors are? Or the birth records of siblings? Or if she’s dead or not? Or immigration records of his father? How could any of that possibly matter?
