Dead Elector Votes in California

May 23rd, 2010 19 comments

A long deceased person, Illene Haber, was included among the electors for Barack Obama, in the State of California.

According to WND “In the 28th Congressional District (Congressman Howard Berman), situated in Los Angeles County, Ilene Huber is listed as the presidential elector designated in that district. However, as shown in the attached certified statement of Dean C. Logan, registrar-recorder/county clerk of the county of Los Angeles, state of California, there is no Ilene Huber listed as a registered voter in the County of Los Angeles. A statewide search of public records has revealed only one Ilene Huber in the state of California, and she is deceased-a copy of her certificate of death is attached hereto as well,” the advisory said.

How many dead people, people’s pets, etc. will Obama followers use to vote?

Linda Kay Hill, a homemaker and Louisiana native, died Aug. 2, 2006, of a heart attack, her husband recalled, and is buried at Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland. But Harris County voter records indicate she –- or someone using her identity –- cast a ballot in the November election that year. Linda Hill of Woodwick Street voted in person on Election Day, records show.

She is among the more than 4,000 people whose names are listed both on Harris County’s voter rolls and also in a federal database of death records, a Texas Watchdog analysis has found.

And dozens of those people, like Linda Hill, have apparently cast ballots from beyond the grave, records since 2004 show. One expert says the number of deceased names used to cast ballots may be higher than what Texas Watchdog’s analysis found.

Instances of dead voters’ names being used to cast ballots were most frequent in three elections, the November 2004 general election, the November 2006 general election and the March 2008 Democratic primary, the analysis found.

"ACORN: Where you’re never too dead to vote twice."

Before you vote, will you answer these questions?

What do you think about obama’s tax plan and being called selfish and unpatriotic if you are not willing to pay more taxes? What about the people who are not paying taxes and will receive a check (that comes out of taxpayers pockets?) What about the biased press and media – ACORN – his aunt here illegally (who will vote?) No birth certificate, health records, release of college thesis? What about his prediction that the coal industry will go bankrupt under him? What about Rev. Wright and other reputable friends/advisers? What about Joe the Plumber getting death threats for asking a simple question? About the McCain supporters getting kicked off Air Obama- the Florida anchorwoman? My son’s friend’s car which was keyed for having a McCain sticker? My other son’s friend who was punched for supporting McCain? Please answer these questions honestly and not in anger and I may vote for obama tomorrow.

Due to the uncertainty of Obama, I voted for McCain. I was a Hillary voter. I voted Republican across the board. Your question solidified my vote for McCain.
