I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar and anxiety. I got into some trouble with law. What is the out come?

I started seeing my family MD and he first prescribed me "Lexapro 10mg) and xanax .25. He changed my dose in January on the lexapro and it made me depressed and get alcohol. I got into trouble with the law. They charged me with terroristic threats 1, simple assault, 2, and disorderly conduct 3.All misdemeanors. They gave me a plea bargain to sign they threw out the terroristic threats, and simple assault if I plead guildty to disorderly conduct.. Now I find out I have Bipolar 3 disorder and anxiety and a paranoia problem. My lawyer presented all this when I put my plea in front of judge for sentencing. But now they moved the sentencing to May 26 2009 after receiving this evidence. Note from my MD stating lexapro being I’m 24 and could of caused this incident. I have been scared to death since January 30th worrying about going to jail. This happened in Erie Pennsylvania and its their court system. I’ll have a whole new judge for the actual sentencing. I have had no prior records at all with the law. My first offense and plus with this new medical evidencen and I’m going to a mental place for couseling on my own for anger management and I also have a psychiatrist now on my own and all firearms I owned have been sold. The police are holding 3 guns of mine and a knife they confiscated that night of the incident. The guns were not used in the incident I threatened to kill the police while I was hand cuffed after they slammed my head into the floor. That is written in the disorderly conduct charge. That should of been in the terroristic threats not that many have said.. I am very sorry for what I did that night to the cops and everyone else.. Finding out your bipolar and may have schizophrenia makes me feel bad about myself. my question is what do you think I will receive with medical evidence the judge seen and being its my first time offense in Pennsylvania? Any answers would be great expecially someone who suffers or has been through a situation like this before.

Don’t feel bad about yourself because you have bipolar disorder and may have schizophrenia….. A lot of people have depression.. They say 1 out of 5 people have some kind of mental health condition… It sounds like you were having a manic episode…

A man in jail facing a manslaughter charge in the death of a Mesa teen was indicted earlier this month on three counts of felony forgery.Manuel Contreras-Galdean is awaiting trial in the November 2008 death of Kelly Tracy, who was a student at Gilbert’s Highland High School. After his arrest, a deputy went to Contreras-Galdean’s Apache Junction workplace, SAK-Electric and Plumbing, 56 S. Meridian Road, to investigate Contreras-Galdean’s background. That visit led to Contreras-Galdean’s brother, Leonel Contreras-Galdean, 30, being arrested on suspicion of forgery and identity theft. Two others were also arrested.

On June 4, a Maricopa County grand jury charged Manuel Contreras-Galdean with three separate forgery counts: October 2003, November 2004 and September 2007. Two of the charges are related to verification of employment forms. The third charge is related to Arizona’s employee withholding form.

If found guilty, Manuel Contreras-Galdean could face probation or between one and two-and-a-half years in jail for each felony forgery count.

Manuel Contreras-Galdean has admitted to being an illegal immigrant who once voluntarily returned to Mexico after being picked up by authorities following a traffic stop in New Mexico.

According to court records, he pleaded not guilty to the forgery charges on June 15.

He has also pleaded not guilty to the aggravated assault and manslaughter charges he faces from the Nov. 15 crash in Mesa that killed Highland band member Kelly Tracy and injured her brother, Matt.

Mesa police say Manuel Contreras-Galdean was impaired by alcohol when he failed to yield as he was making a left turn at the intersection of Sossaman and Guadalupe roads.

According to court records, the 12-day manslaughter and aggravated assault trial is expected to start in October. Court records state he was offered a plea bargain for 10.5 years in jail. The plea bargain is set to expire in July. He could face up to 20 years in jail for the manslaughter charge alone.

Isn’t it amazing how pro-illegal aliens can post stuff like this about Americans and it’s cheered. Put the truth up about illegals and we are lower than scum. The truth does hurt.

I think they need to stop coddling these imbeciles and take them out back and shoot them. Why waste the time arresting them if the court system isn’t going to adequately punish them. I hope they ALL fry!
