The chances of getting the wrong person for a crime is now 0% in my opinion and mostly when they have LONG criminal records I mean I see on tv they arrest people with 4 to 11 pages in crime history I mean that people is just Not right
Why should animals be allowed to live like Ian Huntley or any other rapers or serial killers that could be your neightbor or your friend Would you loose any sleep if he was dead?

Now how "New Dog Owner" prespective look Yes I’m with him 1st offenders and people with regular crimes everyone can be a victim and everyone can be a Offender a Trafic ticket I had before, speeding ticket, being drunk when I was a kid, I mean I can understand that but we’re talking about people who they wake up and there thought is have Sex with your child or Mine and some they would do it some they don’t but for those I don’t need to know they’re guilty or not no one can have thoughts like that,… before was hard to prove guiltyness now this days is DNA, and Cientific Test that are 99% right so I would Doud about that?

death penalty takes too LONG and too much MONEY. instead of losing troops we should drop off the criminals and a box of weapons and if they win the war they win their freedom… in ANOTHER COUNTRY!

I am a adult and got caught shopfiting at Shopko in Wisconsin. This is the first time and Iam scared don’t know what to do. Three people took me into a backroom and take down my name,SS#,address infos. Than call the police and he wrote me a $303 Court Citation. He said that this will be like a speeding ticket…. So what does this mean? I never gotten a speed ticket before. He said, just pay the citation on time and on the citation it said no mamdatory appearance. So, I didn’t have to go to court. It was my first time and scared to death. I don’t know why I did it and never do it again. I payed the citation a week ago. So if i just pay the civil demand and the store doesnt press charges or anything will this whole incident pretty much go away? As in I don’t have to worry about it anymore cause the whole thing will be over. If I had to do a background check or something in the future this would not show up right?
I am just really worried that this will come back to me somehow in the future and how this will affect me. And how do I answer in the job application if ask if I have commited a crime so forth. I didn’t go to court or to jail. Please! help me. I really don’t know what’s going to happens to my background record and if so how long or forever? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Okay so when I was 18 years old(I am 20 now) I used to live by myself in Michigan. I was running out of money so I went to Meijer (almost like Ralphs) and I stole a graphic calculator (lol) and a car ipod wire totaling the amount of more than $300. It was the first time I actually stole something and at the time I was shaking to death. So i got caught because obviously I am not an expert in shoplifting and got in probation for two years.After two years I called my probation officer and they said everything was over and I was clean. I know that the military have access to that record.I have never had a problem with the authorities in my life and I have gotten a few parking tickets and one speeding ticket. I researched the internet about this topic and I am still insecure and scared. Anyone with experience mind telling me if my kind of felony will have a shot for a waiver ?Is my felony that bad?I mean I dont see any problem of my felony in the AF since it is not related to drugs or violence right ? someone please answer me as I am worried to death.
