Thus she would have access to the estate files of anyone who died there. Thus if the elderly man originally from CT died intestate in Hawaii with no known relatives, Grandma Dunham would have known this person is a prime candidate to steal the SSN of since there would be no known surviving family worrying about the death benefit from SSN and that the benefit was not likely applied for and thus SSA did not know he died. Thus the SSN remained active for the deceased person and Obama could “adopt” it as his own. This is a clear case of identity theft at the federal level.
This is what we know so far. We get more info on Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, had CT SSN obtained in 1976 and died in HI around 1981. There are 2 SS numbers for him and records show him dying in 2 different states: CA and HI around 1981.

The AP has posted a story intended to mislead the voters into believing that Obama was born in Hawaii. The Story only says that they have his birth records. It is illegal for anyone to tell us what these records say. The story does Not say that Obama was born in Hawaii, and it does not say that the Certification of Live Birth that Obama has posted on the Fight the smears site or the one pictured on Factcheck is Genuine. It does not say that Obama is qualified under our Constitution to be President, and it does not say that all of the lawsuits against Obama are in error.

HONOLULU (AP) — State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawai’i.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama’s certificate be handled differently.

She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.

Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the US.

Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama’s citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.

Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro, was reported to have died in Hawaii from cancer in 1992, yet her social security number is still active and in use.
