Just one of many trajic things people on the planet are dealing with and growing problems..With 6 billion people on the planet governements seem helpless to help so many billions in crisis.

Where do you see Society going? into Strength in GOD to endure all these things, or just perishing because they just feel humanity is hopeless?

I rely on God to give me my strength and then my family. I have prayed to God so many times for strength, even times when I really felt down and depressed. There have been some times, that I think I would have gone to a mental hospital if it weren’t for my prayers.

If people open their hearts to God, He will help those who ask.

God is a delusion, a lie. It is the wrong direction for modern society.

Remember, "god" is nothing more than a nonsense word created by man to explain away all of the things we can’t yet understand.

Religion is a disease of the mind, born of fear, which has done nothing but bring untold misery down upon the human race.

Many Americans have been living on false hopes, lies, delusions and the oblivion of excess. There is no crisis. There is plenty for all but those who think that luxuries such as spa treatments and three cars in the driveway are necessities.

The only thing they need to awaken to reality is to open their eyes. Strength comes from faith and will, not "God," and when society puts their faith in an outside force they absolve themselves of responsibility for their own circumstance. If more people had faith in the power of their own will, instead of Magic super-hippies (Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Benevolent Government,) we might have a better chance of surviving the next hundred years without destroying ourselves. WE are the ones who make the world we live in what it is… When we forget that there is unnecessary suffering.

Alaskan volcanoes have nothing to do with man OR God, the earth is not static and dead, it is alive… Why would you want to live right next to an active volcano? Could it be BLIND GREED? Could it be the abundance of natural resources, or the foolishness of man? Hurricane relief? Here’s a prescription, WALK TO WHERE THERE IS CLEAN WATER AND NO GIANT STORM THAT COULD KILL YOU… Common sense is free, stupidity charges double.

The Bible clearly states that man is destined to fail, and God will pick up the peices, clean them off and make everything perfect… The BIBLE is the source of many peoples feeling of hopelessness and inadequacy. If you believe the Bible, then you are merely standing idly by while society blazes a trail to destruction, confident that God will protect you from the consequences… This is the most ludicrous of beliefs. We should not "endure" these things, we should either actively avoid trouble or confront those who are causing it, and if you think about it, that’s what Jesus would do too.

Maybe some will hit the gym and build up some strength that way…lol jk

Seriously speaking, the only way that I would be able to endure is by resting and trusting in God. I don’t see any other option in the matter, He’s the only one that would be able to provide. (I would hope people would trust in Him through the good times too though)

Society as a whole I don’t see going into strength in God, I see society looking to government for help.

    Have faith in yourself.
There has allways been catastrophies in the world. Now we just hear about them all in real time. If world news gets you too depressed, stop listening to it. Especialy the sensentionalist type news.

God is my strength. without Him i am weak. i am nothing. We depend on God because we are weak…but He gives us the strength to wake up each day and the hope to put a smile on our faces.

We can look to God, and I emphasize God not necessarily religion, for guidance in our lives, but ultimately it is up to us to make our own choices and make the world a better place. True human strength is depending on ourselves to do the right thing, rather than passing that responsibility off.
