U.S. Seals Court Records Of Border Patrol’s Murder

The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.

Instead, federal law enforcement officers lost track of more than 1,000 guns which have been used in numerous crimes. In Terry’s case, five illegal immigrants armed with at least two semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and Terry got hit.

We know this only because Washington D.C.’s conservative newspaper [1]got ahold of the court documents before the government suddenly made them off limits. The now-sealed federal grand jury indictment tells the frightening story of how Terry was gunned down by Mexican drug smugglers patrolling the rugged desert with the intent to “intentionally and forcibly assault” Border Patrol agents.

You can see why the administration wants to keep this information from the public and the media, considering the smugglers were essentially armed by the U.S. government. Truth is, no one will know the reason for the confiscation of public court records in this case because the judge’s decision to seal it was also sealed, according to the news story. That means the public or media won’t have access to any new or old evidence, filings, rulings or arguments.

A number of high-ranking Border Patrol officials are questioning how the case is being handled. For instance, they wonder why the defendant (Manuel Osorio-Arellanes) hasn’t been tried even though it’s been almost a year since Terry’s murder. They also have concerns about the lack of transparency in the investigation, not to mention the recent sealing of the court case.

Osorio-Arellanes is charged with second-degree murder. The four other drug smugglers fled the scene and their names were blacked out in the indictment. In 2006 Osorio-Arellanes had been convicted in Phoenix of felony aggravated assault and in 2010 he was twice detained for being in the U.S. illegally.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this month to address the flawed gun-tracking program, Attorney General Eric Holder said it’s not fair [2] to assume that mistakes in Operation Fast and Furious led to Terry’s death. Holder also expressed regret to the federal agent’s family, saying that he can only imagine their pain.

I think it is the Water Gate scandal of our time. How could this possibly get any worse? The top tears of Government knew about this and said to go ahead with it. What the hell were they thinking? They gave guns to murders. Doesn’t that make you an accomplice? But, because it’s Obama, nothing will ever come of it. What do you think would be happening if this was any Republican in office? MSNBC would be calling for impeachment.

What do you think of new details in operation gun walker Armed illegals stalked Border Patrol?

November 29th, 2011 3 comments

Five illegal immigrants armed with at least two AK-47 semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole known as Mesquite Seep just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and one U.S. agent was killed, records show.

A now-sealed federal grand jury indictmentin the death of Border Patrol agent Brian A. Terrysays the Mexican nationals were “patrolling” the rugged desert area of Peck Canyon at about 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 14 with the intent to “intentionally and forcibly assault” Border Patrol agents.

At least two of the Mexicans carried their assault rifles “at the ready position,” one of several details about the attack showing that Mexican smugglers are becoming more aggressive on the U.S. side of the border.

According to the indictment, the Mexicans were “patrolling the area in single-file formation” a dozen miles northwest of the border town of Nogales and — in the darkness of the Arizona night — opened fire on four Border Patrol agents after the agents identified themselves in Spanish as police officers.

Two AK-47 assault rifles found at the scene came from the failed Fast and Furious operation.

Using thermal binoculars, one of the agents determined that at least two of the Mexicans were carrying rifles, but according to an affidavit in the case by FBI agent Scott Hunter, when the Mexicans did not drop their weapons as ordered, two agents used their shotguns to fire “less than lethal” beanbags at them.

At least one of the Mexicans opened fire and, according to the affidavit, Terry, a 40-year-old former U.S. Marine, was shot in the back. A Border Patrol shooting-incident report said that Terry called out, “I’m hit,” and then fell to the ground, a bullet having pierced his aorta. “I can’t feel my legs,” Terry told one of the agents who cradled him. “I think I’m paralyzed.”

Bleeding profusely, he died at the scene.

After the initial shots, two agents returned fire, hitting Manuel Osorio-Arellanes, 33, in the abdomen and leg. The others fled. The FBI affidavit said Osorio-Arellanes admitted during an interview that all five of the Mexicans were armed.

Peck Canyon is a notorious drug-smuggling corridor.

Osorio-Arellanes initially was charged with illegal entry, but that case was dismissed when the indictment was handed up. It named Osorio-Arellanes on a charge of second-degree murder, but did not identify him as the likely shooter, saying only that Osorio-Arellanes and others whose names were blacked out “did unlawfully kill with malice aforethought United States Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry while Agent Terry was engaged in … his official duties.”

The indictment also noted that Osorio-Arellanes had been convicted in Phoenix in 2006 of felony aggravated assault, had been detained twice in 2010 as an illegal immigrant, and had been returned to Mexico repeatedly.

Bill Brooks, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s acting southwest border field branch chief, referred inquiries to the FBI, which is conducting the investigation. The FBI declined to comment.

The case against Osorio-Arellanes and others involved in the shooting has since been sealed, meaning that neither the public nor the media has access to any evidence, filings, rulings or arguments.

This is the reason we need military on the border. You know the sad fact is that any one of the thousands of illegals that came here today could be a killer just like that and our govt doesn’t protect us in any way from them.

I really need some help!!!!?

what would you rank this financial and policy plan for use to save America?

September 29th, 2011 1 comment

on a scale of 1-10 how would rate this plan?
1 Cut all federal elected officials pay by 5%

2 Cut food stamps by 10 %

3 Cut foreign aid by 70%

4 Get rid of all deductibles and loop holes

5 Insert a flat tax of 10%

6 Cut TSA FDA EPA all BY 10%

7 Reduce regulation by 60%

8 Insert a 20% import tax

9 Reconfigure social security by
Implementing a pay in rise by 5%
Make legislation that government cannot withdraw or barrow money from the social security pool.

10 Tighten down on unions

11 Make it possible for all schools to become charter schools

12 Cut military by 20% by removing military bases from 75% of the current foreign countries that we have bases in.

13 Stop cuddling countries who support or harbor terrorist and stop sending those countries foreign aid.

14 We tighten down on illegal immigration

15 We build better border security by taking 50%of the 75% of the removed military bases and add them to the American, Mexican border.

16 Get rid of government investments into companies, legislation to make it illegal for the federal, state or local government to invest into privet companies.

17 Pass legislation that prohibits the government to bail out companies.

18 get rid of the new health care law.

19. Make it law that the federal government cannot spend more than it took in the prior year so if they took in 3 trillion than that would be the limit for the next year they must cut their own spending so not to go over.

20 If the government does go over then all government employees must take a percentage cut in pay that year until the spending is under the limit.

five things that will save America from the crash and burn that we’re heading towards. After implementing the twenty things above.

1. We stop rebuilding countries after we’ve went to war with them.

2. We reinstate the death penalty nation wide and make it mandatory that their is only a one year grace period so after one year if that person hasn’t been exonerated than he or she is put to death.
This will help clear out the prison population at the same time doing what is right once someone commits murder he or she forfeits they’re right to life.

3. Putting in double penalty crimes for first offenders to teach them that crime is not the way to live but do not put it on they’re permanent record only on concealed records for the federal governments use.

4. After one year of pulling 50% of the bases over seas pull the 100% out and bring them back inside American borders and have the bases near the borders.

5. After one year of social security reform in the above it should start restricting the amount those that are under 50 years old can receive by 25%.

More programs and government agencies that should be cut by 10 to 20% to save more money.

1 cut the government housing.20%
2 cut Department of Agriculture.20%
3 cut Department of Health & Human Services 20%
4 cut the department of interior by 20%
5 cut Department of Labor 20%
6 cut Federal Housing Finance Board 15%
7 cut Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp 15%
8 cut the CFTC, by 20%
9 cut Justice, by 20%
10cut Labor by 20%
11 cut EEOC by 20%
12 cut Commerce 20%
13 cut Homeland Security by 10%

Many don’t know but China, France, Russia and others got together without the U.S. knowledge to discuss the start of trading with one another and peg the cost to oil to the Euro, yen and other currencies instead of U.S. currency.

Further more in Mexico china, France and other places some companies has stopped accepting U.S dollars when selling products. That means when you enter that country you will be have to exchange your us dollars into the currency of that nation

But the number one thing the U.S. Government could do to save it self is to stop trying to control every aspect of the free market.

Naive and impossible to implement.

SOLVE COLD CASE MURDER OF MY GREAT GRAND PARENTS?

July 1st, 2011 2 comments

my mothers father was nine months old and his sister was a year older. They were left with the murdered bodies of their parents in the year 1910.the place was Salado Creek in New Mexico Territory.
My murdered grand parents were Eliseo Chavez he was born in Cebolito, New Mexico in the year 1883 and Amalia Rael. They were 27 and 19 years old.She was his second wife.Norberta Jiron of Alamo was his first wife they had a child named Tomasita.
We have found through research the marriage records of Eliseo and Amalia and through those documents discovered that he was born in Cebolito .Later we found the baptism records of Antonio and Martina Chavez the children of Eliseo And Amalia
We also found through Census records that Amalia had her mother Dorotea Rael living in the same town were the murders were committed We don’t understand why the family did not keep and raise my grand father Antonio or his sister Martina nor do we know what happened to Tomasita.
There are no death records for Eliseo and Amalia yet they are in the 1910 census of New Mexico .There are church records of baptismal for Antonio and Martina. Yet they were raised separately.
it’s all looking like the family of my grand mother new something or were the cause being that they were living there and abandoned the children because they were Indian. It’s hard to imagin a paternal grandmother not taking the children of her daughter who was murdered.Where did she go and why.My grand father spoke dine and his sister Martina spoke hopi.
In the end my grandfather antonio was killed in Santa Rosa New Mexico in front of the court house there is no marker for him there and his sister Martina died some where in Wyoming.of Alzheimer
this will be 100 years of the anniversary of their murders we will place a head stone not over their graves but .somewhere where we can visit .
If they were murdered because of land or mine deeds and the Rael family played a roll in it we want to know the truth about why they left the children with the dead bodies of their parents .
Even the church claims not to have any records of their death yet the church has all other records. Why is there a cover up and why wouldn’t the church have records.
Help solve this mystery .All information will assist the future generations of the surviving family members to get closure .It was bad enough that the grandparents of Eliseo were forced to walk to Fort Sumner on the long walk .Our people survived it’s time to claim what was stolen by the blood of my grand parents for the children s children.
In 2005 the Rael Family divided 4.5 million between 27 heirs of land that was sold to the state.did it take 95 years to sell land or was there a Claus holding it back.Did it belong to them or was it taken from my grand parents.
Look deep find the truth!

The problem is that anyone who knew anything about what actually happened is long dead, and the only thing you have to go on are the records from that time, and if they were tampered with back then, it’s going to be really hard to prove it, unless the party that did the tampering messed up and missed something. The problem is that if they did miss something, to find it now would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Resolved Question: Why do unions in Ohio see SB5 as the death of unions? This law includes:?
• Makes public employee strikes illegal. • Generally restricts the topics on which unions can bargain to wages. Police, firefighters, nurses and other public workers may still bargain for safety equipment. • Eliminates step raises or automatic raises based on years of experience and years of training. • Reduces seniority rights. What will it take for our government to finally secure our nation’s borders, especially the border that is?

March 24th, 2011 3 comments

What will it take for our government to finally secure our nation’s borders, especially the border that is supposed to separate the United States from Mexico?
Forty-eight Americans were murdered in Mexico during the first six months of 2010 – a deadly pace that appears likely to exceed any previous year of homicides on record, according to a Houston Chronicle analysis of the U.S. State Department’s death registry.

The tally doesn’t include two Texans reported killed Sept. 30 in separate incidents in isolated areas of Tamaulipas, where the terrorist group known as the Zetas has been warring with their Gulf Cartel rivals in communities all along the southeast Texas border.

A college freshman from Brownsville, Jonathon William Torres Cazares, was shot and killed after authorities say his public bus got hijacked on a highway in Tamaulipas.

"He was 18 years old and traveling in Mexico visiting his family," according to a statement issued by Leticia "Letty" Fernandez, a spokeswoman for the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College. "Our thoughts go out to his family and friends."

Meanwhile, David Michael Hartley, 30, of McAllen, was reported to have been shot in the head by a boatload of armed men while jet skiing on the Mexican side of the binational Falcon Reservoir, shared by Texas and Tamaulipas. His body has not yet been recovered.

State Department data shows at least three other Americans were slain this year in Tamaulipas. But no details were available. In much of Tamaulipas, the news media are no longer reporting on crime because of threats and violence against journalists carried out by drug traffickers.

slayings rise steadily

American killings in Mexico have risen steadily since 2007, when drug violence began to rage out of control in border cities including Nuevo Laredo and Tijuana and later spread to Ciudad Juarez, now ranked as one of the most dangerous cities in the world.
http://azstarnet.com/news/local/border/article_66e4b7af-a5a2-5c29-963a-f667e49859dd.html
Mexican officials also also refused to permit American law enforcement officials to enter the Mexican side of the lake in order to search for Michael Hartley’s body.

However, when 6 citizens of Mexico were allegedly assaulted in New York City- Mexican officials took to the streets of Staten Island, New York to patrol New York City streets to protect their citizens and were not blocked from doing so by the local government.

U.S. Spending At Least $18.6 Million Per Day to Incarcerate Illegal Aliens; More Than 195,000 Illegal Aliens Deported in Fiscal 2010 Had Committed Crimes Here The cost per day for these prisoners is based on Justice Department incarceration cost estimates from 2001 and on the lower-end figure of 300,000 incarcerated deportable aliens, which means the actual expense today could be substantially higher than $18.6 million per day.http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/least-186-million-spent-daily-house-inca

It will take someone “important” such as a politician or a member of the demonrat’s media getting killed until they pay attention.
The violence doesn’t affect them and their loyalty is to the party first and foremost. They leave the little people to fend for ourselves and then sue and harrass border states that are trying to get the feds to enforce the existing border. The National Geographic HD Channel has an excellent series about the US/Mexican border. They do an excellent job of showing what our U.S. Border Patrol Agents and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents are up against.

1. Yelling in Spanish (if near the border with Mexico) or in Canadian (lots of the word, eh, if near the border with Canada) to the closed rear doors of your truck.

2. Having a truck so overloaded that the tires begin to go flat.

3. Pretending to only speak a language that the officer doesn’t.

4. Telling the officer that your invisible friend was driving.

5. Telling the officer that you are licensed only as a repeat offender.

6. Telling the officer that the truck serves as your home and that they have no right to enter your home.

None of these actions are endorsed or recommended. So here are ten actual tips of advice from a truck accident attorney to follow if you have been in an accident. Obviously, if you have had an accident, and you are reading all of this advice, it’s at least been a few hours since the accident. That being said, we can run through what you should have done at the scene pretty quickly, since it’s probably too late to remedy what’s already happened. However, if you ever have another accident, here’s what you should do the next time.

First, take a look around and determine if you or anyone, are hurt. If so, taking steps like trying to prevent further injury or loss of blood are the most important thing you can do. Even if some other driver caused you to be injured, it’s just good manners to help the other driver if they are hurt. They may even be so thankful that they admit their fault to you. The worst thing you can do is get angry or start a fight.

Second, make sure everyone is safe from being injured further. If you are in the middle of traffic, and you are dizzy, sit down away from traffic. If your vehicle is a traffic hazard and you have accident warning devices like flares or triangles, put them out on the road to warn other drivers and get away from the car. Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.

Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didn’t know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.

Fourth, get the other driver’s information including their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.

Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you aren’t too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you can’t do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.

Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Don’t decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, don’t get treatment you don’t need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.

Seventh, call a good truck accident attorney as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the attorney can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good truck accident attorney can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good truck accident attorney can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most truck accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.

Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driver’s insurance company, it’s good advice to retain an attorney first. And if the other driver did not have insurance, remember that it is your own insurance company that will be your adversary. You will also need to report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your attorney can give you the form for this.

Ninth, do not agree to settle your claim privately with the person at fault for the accident. This almost never works out to your advantage. Don’t agree not to call the police. Police reports that determine the fault for an accident are golden. Your agreement to not involve the police only affords an opportunity for the other driver to change his story and blame you when the police will no longer investigate the accident.

Tenth, don’t pay a traffic ticket if you weren’t at fault or agree to accept a small payment for your vehicle repairs without knowing that the amount will in fact cover the cost of all the repairs.
