August 30th, 2011 30 comments

This is one example out of the many last days prophecies that are coming true. Jesus said in Matthew that in the last days nation will rise against nation, there would be wars and rumors of wars, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.such as never before.

For those of you naysayers who claim that these signs have always been around, this in itself is a last day Bible prophesy that has been fulfilled (2 Peter 3:3-4)

Just to add to my point, here are other end time Bible prophecies that have been or are being fulfilled:

The Christian gospel would be preached in all nations (Matthew 24:14; Mark 13:10; Revelation 14:6) This has been fulfilled through television, radio and global communication

Global communications foreseen (Revelation 11:9-10; 17:8) TV and global satellite networks allow news to travel the world at the speed of light for the first time ever. Remember that in the apostle John’s day, news traveled at the speed of horseback.

Mankind would be capable of destroying all life (Matthew 24:21-22) When Jesus made this prophecy the armaments of His day were swords and spears. But today, with nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons, it is possible to wipe out all flesh on planet earth.

Deadly diseases (which the Bible calls pe

wow thats long. but yea the end times are coming, especially since half of the worlds civilazation doesnt believe in god and continues to ridicule him

Fullerton, California Police dept beat a homeless person to death. Will you let them get away with it? Speak?

August 30th, 2011 1 comment

If your son or loved one was beaten to death by 5 or 6 Fullerton police officers what would you do?
In Fullerton California, you saw our police officers beating a man to death. This mayor and police chief?
The mayor should be replaced, the police chief should be fired and the police officers who did this should be brought up on murder charges. What is it going to take for the people of fullerton california to stop this?
What?
Demand to see this video tape, you have the right and you control who is elected into office. Will it be your son or loved one next.
I’ve been watching this case very closely ever since I heard about it, and I am completely outraged and disgusted by what happened. Those cops MURDERED Kelley Thomas, and yes they must be charged and prosecuted for murder. I saw the video that someone recorded at the bus station, and hearing him scream for his dad while the cops were beating him to death absolutely broke my heart. I’ve also seen the picture of him in the hospital, and now I wish I hadn’t. That is the most horrific thing I’ve ever seen. It literally made me sick, and I had trouble sleeping after seeing it. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get that image out of my mind. No human being could ever say that was justified, in any circumstance. Those cops meant to kill him.

An anonymous informant from the Fullerton Police Department who called a radio station (KFI 640) said a camera in the parking lot recorded a clear video of the entire thing, from beginning to end, and there was actually a live feed of it into the police station. A dispatcher saw it while it was happening and they zoomed in, and apparently even they were shocked. The informant said that one of the officers (whose name is Jay Cicinelli) is the main culprit and is seen beating Kelley on the head with the back of a tazer while he was already on the ground and was not moving. Another cop tried to handcuff Kelley, but he had to back off because of the blood spraying from Kelley’s head! The informant himself said that it looked like murder to him.

Kelley Thomas’ dad is a retired Sheriff. He said what happened was the cops murdered him out of revenge. The cops even have a name for it, "Contempt of Cop." The father has intimate knowledge of this since he himself was a cop at one time.

This is not an isolated incident. I have read about many other incidents of excessive force and abuse from the Fullerton Police Department. The entire police department has gone rogue, and it should be disbanned, period. They should ALL be fired – the officers, administrators, the chief, everyone. It should be taken over by the Sheriff’s or an outside state or federal agency.

By the way, the names of the cops who murdered Kelley Thomas have been circulated all over the internet. Here they are:

Jay Cicinelli
Kenton Hampton
Manny Ramos
Joe Wolfe
James Blatney

They MUST be charged with murder. The Orange County District Attorney and the FBI are investigating. The public is furious and this could explode at any moment. I heard on the news last night that cops who were named have been personally getting death threats and some of them have even moved into hotel rooms. I say GOOD! They should be afraid. I don’t want anything to happen to their families, but they themselves deserve whatever happens to them. If those cops aren’t charged with murder, the public is going to snap and there is a very real danger of vigilante justice. They just might be safer in jail.

Unfortunately, due to how retarded and biased the legal system is I don’t ever imagine them being imprisoned.

Why was there such little flooding in New York City during the all time record rain the other day?

August 26th, 2011 2 comments

Normally, when you set an all-time record daily rainfall for any given city, massive flooding occures. Offically, about 8 inches of rain fell on Aug. 14th. However, I am looking online, and there are very little news stories on the houses flooded with feet of water, or deaths, which are normally assoicated with this type of rain. If you look at the all-time record rainfall for most cities in the U.S., it does not even approch 7 inches for the day. Wash DC, Philly, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Detroit, along with many more cities have never seen 7 inches of rain in one day. In fact, Central Park has just seen 3 days in the last 141 years with rainfall over 7 inches for a day.

I live in Philly and the reason I can think of is because the rain normally moves and doesn’t stay in one spot yet in south Jersey they had 10" of rain fall because of the rain training over the same area

just think if all this rain came during the colder months we would be in a blizzard

La Quinta Pedestrian Accident Attorney’s Top Ten Ways to be Body Searched After a Personal Injury Accident

August 25th, 2011 No comments

1. Voluntarily.

2. Involuntarily.

3. By daring the police officer.

4. By insulting the police officer.

5. By insulting the police officer’s K9 dog.

6. By running around the police car until the police officer tires out and calls for backup.

7. By holding out your hands for handcuffs and then pulling them away quickly, then putting them out, then pulling them back.

8. By telling the police they’re under arrest.

9. By repeating everything the police say.

10. By telling the police you have an invisible friend.

None of these actions are endorsed or recommended. So here are ten actual tips of advice from a pedestrian accident attorney to follow if you have been in an accident. You can also learn more about how to handle a personal injury in La Quinta, or any city, by calling the Law Offices of R. Sebastian Gibson at any of the numbers which can be found on our website at http://www.SebastianGibsonLaw.com  and learning how we can assist you.

Obviously, if you have had an accident, and you are reading all of this advice, it’s at least been a few hours since the accident. That being said, we can run through what you should have done at the scene pretty quickly, since it’s probably too late to remedy what’s already happened. However, if you ever have another accident, here’s what you should do the next time.

First, take a look around and determine if you or anyone, are hurt. If so, taking steps like trying to prevent further injury or loss of blood are the most important thing you can do. Even if some other driver caused you to be injured, it’s just good manners to help the other driver if they are hurt. They may even be so thankful that they admit their fault to you. The worst thing you can do is get angry or start a fight.

Second, make sure everyone is safe from being injured further. If you are in the middle of traffic, and you are dizzy, sit down away from traffic. If your vehicle is a traffic hazard and you have accident warning devices like flares or triangles, put them out on the road to warn other drivers and get away from the car. Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.

Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didn’t know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.

Fourth, get the other driver’s information including their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.

Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you aren’t too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you can’t do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.

Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Don’t decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, don’t get treatment you don’t need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.

Seventh, call a good pedestrian accident attorney as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the attorney can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good pedestrian accident attorney can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good pedestrian accident attorney can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most pedestrian accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.

Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driver’s insurance company, it’s good advice to retain an attorney first. And if the other driver did not have insurance, remember that it is your own insurance company that will be your adversary. You will also need to report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your attorney can give you the form for this.

Ninth, do not agree to settle your claim privately with the person at fault for the accident. This almost never works out to your advantage. Don’t agree not to call the police. Police reports that determine the fault for an accident are golden. Your agreement to not involve the police only affords an opportunity for the other driver to change his story and blame you when the police will no longer investigate the accident.

Tenth, don’t pay a traffic ticket if you weren’t at fault or agree to accept a small payment for your vehicle repairs without knowing that the amount will in fact cover the cost of all the repairs.

If you’ve had a pedestrian accident in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Coachella, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Thermal, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms or anywhere in Southern California, we have the knowledge and resources to be your La Quinta Pedestrian Accident Lawyer and your Palm Desert Pedestrian Accident Attorney. Be sure to hire a California law firm with auto, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, pedestrian, car, bus, train, boat and airplane accident experience, wrongful death experience and insurance law expertise who can ensure you are properly represented and get the compensation you deserve.

Suffocation is an American brutal death metal band. The band was formed in 1990 and has since released five studio albums.
http://www.suffocation.us/
Suffocation recorded the albums Human Waste, Effigy of the Forgotten, Breeding the Spawn, Pierced from Within, and Despise the Sun before breaking up in 1998. Suffocation reunited in 2002, featuring the return of original drummer Mike Smith, though without long-time members Doug Cerrito and Chris Richards. The band released Souls to Deny in 2004 and launched an extensive global touring campaign to promote the album. After over 200 shows, the band recorded and self-released their first live CD, Close Of A Chapter: Live In Quebec City. A self-titled album was released in 2006 through Relapse Records, which again saw the launch of an extensive worldwide touring jaunt–they even managed to get featured in an advertisement for the History Channel’s program The Dark Ages in 2007. http://capitalchaos.net/ They are currently compiling material for a live DVD, although the release has been delayed due to the theft of video footage, and because they were waiting for their contract with Relapse Records to run out.

On June 4, 2007, Suffocation and Relapse Records officially parted ways. They embarked on a European tour in 2008. Their next studio album Blood Oath is nearly complete and will be released through Nuclear Blast Records.

Is there any landmark/area of land/place that has a history of making people crazy?

August 19th, 2011 4 comments

I don’t know if any of you have read/seen ‘Wisconsin Death Trip,’ but something akin to that. Are there any cities or areas of land that have a historical record of people going insane or an unusually high rate of murders?

This is interesting, but what follows is as much as I have heard on the subject.

1. The Santa Cruz Mountains in California have long had the reputation for either making people crazy or drawing crazy people to them. I read somewhere that these mts were avoided at night time by tribes living in the area prior to European settlers, for bad medicine reasons. It is said that people who are in love or couples, will break up one month after having a picnic or romantic trist in the area. In the 1970s, this area was the murder capital of America. The Santa Cruz MTS is also home of the "Mystery Spot" which is a long story. Plenty of serial killers like Ed Kemper had a body count in the area. During the drought a few years ago, two skeletal remains of women were found near the Lexington Reservoir on HWY 17/880 at two separate times, and they were estimated to have been there for 15 years or so. Also, the Atascadero Mental Institution is located in the Santa Cruz Mts. This place is known for dangerous road hazards and car wrecks, as well as:

2. Pacheco Pass, HWY 152, in Gilroy, California south of San Jose near Los Banos, has had long bloody history of battles between tribes and Spanish soldiers and murders as well as paranormal events such as hauntings and visions by otherwise normal people. The tribal people had lived there for centuries prior to the Spanish, and even today, it is said to be a spiritual place; there is a Pow-Wow there every year, the best in the region in my view.

There have been one or two books on Pacheco Pass. Psychic Sylvia Browne said she had had a bad vision of murders while driving there at night. There have been hundreds of car wrecks in the area since the 1930s and earlier.

3. Power Plants: Studies have shown that mental illness, cancer, and other ailments occur when homes and business are built at or near a power center or plant. The residue electrrical output that floods the area, for lack of a better explanation, has been associated with physical or mental problems. One McDonald’s Restaurant in Santa Clara, California had power lines and was placed next to a power plant, resulting in a range to employee-related problems from mental stress to auto-immune and fertility problems. I think OSHA or the EPA did a study on this phenomena years ago.

Hope this helps.

Costa Mesa Motorcycle Accident Attorney’s Top Ten Ways Insurance Companies Play Games With You After a Motorcycle Accident

August 17th, 2011 No comments

1. I’m afraid our analysis of your medical bills has determined the reasonable value of those bills to be only half of what your were charged. Our settlement has to be based on our analysis.

2. Well, I’m afraid those commercials for our insurance company are really more of a, well, you know, advertising, uh, no, I wouldn’t call them a gimmick.

3. I know you saw those commercials and based on them thought that we would be covering all of your expenses from the accident, but those commercials really don’t say that?

4. You see, Sir, insurance companies base their decisions on what we think is reasonable, not on what your doctors think.

5. No, Sir, you’re right. I am not a doctor, but I can tell you that we still feel that some of those medical tests were unnecessary.

6. Well, you were on a motorcycle and taking a risk so we have to take that into consideration, don’t we?

7. Yes, I realize that injuries are usually more severe in a motorcycle accident, but the amount of treatment you received is still more than the average person has in a vehicular accident.

8. I know you were trying to save us some money, but when you declined an ambulance at the scene, that tells us you weren’t that seriously injured.

9. Yes, I know it can take days to get an appointment with your health insurance doctor, but if you were really that seriously injured, we would have expected you to hobble into an emergency room.

10. Yes, I realize that when you stopped your treatment for two weeks, you were attempting to see how you would be, but even though you found you were still in pain, we really have to discount any treatment after the date you stopped.

Here are ten additional tips of advice from a motorcycle accident lawyer to follow if you have been in an accident.
