You think the Bush Crime Family will ever be Brought to Justice?

December 19th, 2009 Leave a comment Go to comments

Here is a list of just a "few" of the crimes President Bush has committed….

1) Seizing power to wage wars of aggression in defiance of the U.S. Constitution, the U.N. Charter and the rule of law; carrying out a massive assault on and occupation of Iraq, a country that was not threatening the United States, resulting in the death and maiming of hundereds of thousands of Iraqis, and thousands of U.S. G.I.s.

2) Lying to the people of the U.S., to Congress, and to the U.N., providing false and deceptive rationales for war.

3) Authorizing, ordering and condoning direct attacks on civilians, civilian facilities and locations where civilian casualties were unavoidable.

4) Instituting a secret and illegal wiretapping and spying operation against the people of the United States through the National Security Agency.

5) Threatening the independence and sovereignty of Iraq by belligerently changing its government by force and assaulting Iraq in a war of aggression.

6) Authorizing, ordering and condoning assassinations, summary executions, kidnaping, secret and other illegal detentions of individuals, torture and physical and psychological coercion of prisoners to obtain false statements concerning acts and intentions on governments and individuals and violating within the United States, and by authorizing U.S. forces and agents elsewhere, the rights of individuals under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

7) Making, ordering and condoning false statements and propaganda about the conduct of foreign governments and individuals and acts by U.S. government personnel; manipulating the media and foreign governments with false information; concealing information vital to public discussion and informed judgment concerning acts, intentions and possession, or efforts to obtain weapons of mass destruction in order to falsely create a climate of fear and destroy opposition to U.S. wars of aggression and first strike attacks.

8) Violations and subversions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, both a part of the "Supreme Law of the land" under Article VI, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, in an attempt to commit with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes in wars and threats of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq and others and usurping powers of the United Nations and the peoples of its nations by bribery, coercion and other corrupt acts and by rejecting treaties, committing treaty violations, and frustrating compliance with treaties in order to destroy any means by which international law and institutions can prevent, affect, or adjudicate the exercise of U.S. military and economic power against the international community.

9) Acting to strip United States citizens of their constitutional and human rights, ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to counsel, without charge, and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the Executive of a citizen as an "enemy combatant."

10) Ordering indefinite detention of non-citizens in the United States and elsewhere, and without charge, at the discretionary designation of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Defense.

11) Ordering and authorizing the Attorney General to override judicial orders of release of detainees under INS jurisdiction, even where the judicial officer after full hearing determines a detainee is wrongfully held by the government.

12) Authorizing secret military tribunals and summary execution of persons who are not citizens who are designated solely at the discretion of the Executive who acts as indicting official, prosecutor and as the only avenue of appellate relief.

13) Refusing to provide public disclosure of the identities and locations of persons who have been arrested, detained and imprisoned by the U.S. government in the United States, including in response to Congressional inquiry.

14) Use of secret arrests of persons within the United States and elsewhere and denial of the right to public trials.

15) Authorizing the monitoring of confidential attorney-client privileged communications by the government, even in the absence of a court order and even where an incarcerated person has not been charged with a crime.

16) Ordering and authorizing the seizure of assets of persons in the United States, prior to hearing or trial, for lawful or innocent association with any entity that at the discretionary designation of the Executive has been deemed "terrorist."

17) Engaging in criminal neglect in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, depriving thousands of people in Louisiana, Mississippi and other Gulf States of urgently needed support, causing mass suffering and unnecessary loss of life.

18) Institutionalization of racial and religious profiling and authorization of domestic spying by federal law enforcement on persons based on their engagement in noncriminal religious and political activity.
19) Refusal to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of legislative oversight of executive functions.

20) Rejecting treaties protective of peace and human rights and abrogation of the obligations of the United States under, and withdrawal from, international treaties and obligations without consent of the legislative branch, and including termination of the ABM treaty between the United States and Russia, and rescission of the authorizing signature from the Treaty of Rome which served as the basis for the International Criminal Court.

May God Bless America!

You forgot planning, financing, carrying out and lying about the attacks on the WTC and Pentagon on 9/11. And if we would stop sitting on our asses and start demanding that our leaders answer for their crimes, then they would be brought to justice. If Clinton had pulled 1/4 the sh*t Bush has done, he would have been hung from the capitol flagpole!

I doubt they’ll be "brought to justice," mostly because what you’ve listed here are not crimes, they’re political accusations. Aside from those, I can’t seem to recall any illegal activity on the part of any Bush family member. At any rate, even if all of these were true, why would the whole family be "brought to justice?"

I hope they will but unfortunately they are smart enough to have set things up so they won’t. Not only should God bless America but He should help America recover from Bushco.

I am reading a great book for you and all Americans to read. I do not get paid to promote it but I believe it is a concise well written description of what has been happening over the last few decades in America.

Grateful to live in America, yes. Grateful of being victimized by corrupt Government, NO. I think the we need more people to speak up and put a stop to the actions of those like President Bush. No, I don’t think that he will ever be brought to justice, or even considered a criminal.

I think our Government needs a major overhaul. I am certain that his replacement will be no better. Elections have turned into a decision of the lesser of two evils. There is no good choice anymore. That is the way it will be until we wake up and find ourselves prisoners in a country that our forefathers fought, died, and believed in. Or the American people can decide to stop putting up with it.

the Bushes are a protected species and are under the protection of the Zionist government, and will never be brought to justice, for example George Sr, was the biggest drug dealer this country has ever seen , he has not even been investigated, the N,A,A,C,P, had a law suite against him, but, their witnesses all died or had fatal accidents, so the case was dropped,?????

Let me ask you two realistic questions… who is going to try him? Secondly, who is going to arrest him? Pretend he was brought up on crimes against humanity…. do you think the US will EVER hand over a sitting or even a former president? Bush bashing (which does have valid points) is getting old. Move on. Elections coming in 2008.

Looks like you’ve swallowed the whole enchilada of lies told to the public by the Socialist Democrats. They’ve put out the propaganda and you’ve believed it all.
    Sorry to see that.
If Bush were anywhere near as evil as he’s been made out to be you would not be alive to read this.
Be thankful for our Constitution and work very, very hard to protect it. But don’t just look at one side of an issue. Blinders do just that, keep you blind.

As an active duty United States Marine,I have 4 Questions for you.1st…How many of these "crimes" have you personally witnessed ? 2nd,IF you truly believe any of this, instead of sitting there in your diaper whining and crying, why not go to your states prosecuting attorney and try DOING something about it.3rd When Bill Clinton ordered the bombing of an aspirin factory in the Sudan (killing innocent civillians),just to divert attention from his other crimes, did you do/say anything about that ???4th…What right do YOU have to complain about ME risking MY life to defend MY country while you sit there doing NOTHING to help solve the problem ? I went to Iraq because it is necessary to keep YOU safe.It is the RIGHT course of action, given the situation. My friends who gave their lives for this war, believed in our cause and died willingly for the good ‘ol USA….WHAT RIGHT HAVE YOU to complain if WE are not ??????????

Sadly, America may claim to be democratic, but it does have a double-system when it comes to justice. Judgement holds that a criminal defendant has to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. All it takes is MONEY and the best team of lawyers money can hire to manipulate evidence or talk in clever tongues to confuse the jury or fiddle their minds and hearts, and it’d be hard to put those, like Bush, behind bars – no matter how treacherous they are. Take Cheney, Karl Rove, and Libby in the Plame affair for instance. Their lawyers and witnesses for Libby’s defense are playing the most expensive and manipulative and lying games in modern-day history to confuse all.

Don’t forget that Libby Libby has also, at various times in his career, held positions with the American Bar Association, been on the advisory board of the RAND Corporation’s Center for Russia and Eurasia, and been a legal advisor to the United States House of Representatives. He has consulted for the defense contractor Northrop Grumman. He has also been active in the Defense Policy Board of the Pentagon while it was chaired by Richard Perle. Libby was a founding member of the Project for the New American Century. He joined Wolfowitz, William Kristol, Robert Kagan, and others in writing its 2000 report titled, "Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces, and Resources for a New Century." " All these names he’s so closely tied to – actors and performers in pumping up the Iraq War should send an alarm bell for the American Public… and yet Bush, Cheney, Rice, all those NeoCon Zionists and even Libby are still walking around the streets instead of being in jail!

Did anyone notice that the "AEI" banners behind Bush during his recent ‘press’ appearance. Who doesn’t know that AEI is flooded with Zionist NeoCons, including the likes of Richard Pearle, David Frum, Irvine Kristol (father of William Kristol), Lynn Cheney… can one ever wonder why we’re doing Israel’s bidding, and now heading to another war – with Iran – when we can’t even clean up the mess in Iraq and Afghanistan?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Enterprise_Institute

Honestly speaking, every one of these AEI members should be tested with lie detectors to see where their patriotism lies with America or with Israel, and whether their research is for America’s interest or Israel’s!

Well put crimes you have there , I wish things were looking a bit more optimistic than they are . The former Republican rubber stampers have put a major crimp in the balance of our governments powers previously giving the president carte blanche to do whatever he pleases . So far it looks as if the new Congress and house are only interested in appearances and need to quickly put the brakes on Bush and impeach the man for his crimes . Along with him should go the rest of his equally guilty cohorts . They can not deny any longer the crimes are there and the pussy footing around has got to stop immediately . I suggest we all send the message to our respective congressmen and representatives to move and take impeachment action immediately . They need to cut to the chase absolutely now and not wait a moment longer . Bush is a roadblock to the success of this country in every decision he’s made . He speaks of no one wanting to back the troops while at the same time cutting the healthcare benefits of veterans everywhere . He speaks from both sides of his mouth and it’s time congress acts .

    Dang, you’re good!!
I don’t think you are one sided at all, you have the truth and are spreading it! Even if others refuse to believe you, IT IS THE TRUTH!! You go brother!!
As for your question: No, the Bushco won’t EVER be brought to justice. Justice in America is just a 7 letter word which no longer exists.
Also mainly because he will pay off, lie, cheat, steal, blame someone else, have the accusers disappear, etc.
Plus, WE, THE PEOPLE, have let our ELECTED leaders pull this crap on us for the past 20+ yrs.
Bush has used and abused the power of the Presidency for his own personal gain with the blessing of the corrupt House and Senate, not to mention the Legislature.
Do you think his family or already super rich, cronies are suffering like the rest of us? Heck no, they got the power to line their pockets with more of OUR hard earned money and the blood of our soldiers.
He will slime his way out of any retribution that he is deserving of.
He is the President of the best damn country (or rather it used to be) on this planet, not GOD-though he’s trying!! I’d like to see him walk on water!!, nor President of the Planet. Even though he thinks he is.
I just wish that a REAL person would step up to the plate and rule without lies.
But politics will never change. It’s been corrupt since ancient times-Egyptians and before.
Maybe this next election, the American people will wake up and make their voices heard for a true leader for the PEOPLE!!
After all isn’t it supposed to be BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE???
God Bless America, and Thank a Vet if you are reading/speaking English!!
