Hospital records showing his birth in Hawaii
2. Mother (allegedly dead) death certificate showing who survivors are.
3, Funeral home records showing who attended mother’s funeral, who paid for it and when it occured and where.
4. Mother probate estate records showing who heirs are.
4. Brothers and sisters names, addresses and their birth certificates showing parentage and their information re Obama
5. Father’s name and address,. and if dead, his death certificate.
6, High school records of Obama showing who parents were said to be
7. Immigration records of alleged father of Obama
8. Law school application, showing who his parents are, where and when he was born, which HE WOULD HAVE WRITTEN HIMSELF.
All these records other than immigration records can be subpoenaed.

If I’m not mistaken, such records can only be subpoenaed if it can be demonstrated in court that the person asking for them has the legal need to do so as part of a valid case.
Just wanting to see them doesn’t meet that criteria. As the Supreme Court has pointed out, btw.

Because to get to the point where anything is subpoenaed, you need to have a non-insane case that can pass the initial pleadings stage. None of the things you mention are even remotely necessary, not to anyone and not for any reason.

A lawsuit implies guilt.
GUILT needs to be proved: innocence DOESN’T. IF you have proof, bring it on!

A lawsuit can only be brought by ‘parties who have standing.’

there is no lawsuit that has any reason for them. The courts are not asking for anything.
You are confused. The "lawsuits" being filed.. do not validate that anyone has any legal reason to be given authority. If a person (ie Orly ) files a lawsuit, it is HER or her client that is asking for the records.
Which has already been ruled on, by numerous courts.. legally explaining that those who FILED the suits.. HAVE NO LEGAL AUTHORITY.

the lawsuits will CONTINUE TO BE DUMPED, no matter what Taitz and groupies think. The government is, and has been, completely satisfied and confident that Obama is legitimate.
The govt. is the only agency with LEGAL grounds to request records. What you also ignore.. that they have legal access, and don’t need any court order to access anything.
