Death Cab For Cutie On The O.C. (The Bait Shop)

The O.C. was an American teen drama television. The series, created by Josh Schwartz, portrays the fictional lives of a group of teenagers and their families residing in Orange County, California. Phantom Planet performed the theme song to the show named California. The O.C. made indie rock main focus of the series & also its marketing plan, releasing six soundtracks throughout the series. My ex-husband died in 2006 in Florida. We share two children together. When he died I was contacted by his father telling me that he couldn’t handle his son’s last affairs without me signing and allowing his father to do so. I am not sure why I was the one that would have been responsible but I signed the necessary form. Years later I can’t find any public records on his estate. He still has assets in his name. There was a vehicle that was restored. His father and I had a conversation after his death. We came to the conclusion that the vehicle would be auctioned and the proceeds would be distributed among his children. To the best of my knowledge the process hasn’t been completed and I believe that the vehicle is still in possession of a car club that he belonged to. I am now wondering if there is any legal standing for my children or if there is a statute of limitations.

Rivers time line:
1. Melody is born on demons run and is taken. Future river tells the doctor she knows that he will find her.
2. The doctor has not found melody at this point and melody is sent to the house (where amy saw the photos) and was being looked after by the silence (the eye patch lady was working for the silence)
3. Utah- Melody is forced by the silence to shoot the doctor- twice (for somthing the doctor did to
the silence (or eyepatch lady) maybe expose them?
4. Melody is given a eyepatch to wear (explains the trailer) so she can see and record the silence to remember
5. Melody is found by the doctor (when she was adult, abit like Amy)
6. Random adventures with the doctor
7. UTAH- Doctors death
8. Random adventures then, the libary
BUT the doctor does not die. He is the flesh from the almost people.
More proof- In The impossible astronaught the Little girl (melody) knew about the silence and was scared of it and told nixon to turn around. Nixion replyed with (there is nothing behind me" in other words, he forgot. So… melody only know about the silence because she is forced to work with them. and she has a hotline to the president cause if the silence can get into washington D.C building, I’m sure they can get the number!

SO ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLY that the furture doctor is not dead?

We got a call that my friend was dead. The family wouldn’t say how or why. We called the courthouse and they said only family is privy to that information. It has been a couple years and I’d like to dig for the information. I always thought circumstances of death are public record…but so far, since we are not provable family, we are unable to get information.

It amazes me how many celebrities die from drug overdoses, murder, auto-erotic-asphyxiation (INXS, David Carradine), DUI’s and other car crashes. We get to hear all the gory details when I’m sure the families would rather the information stay private. I’m not sure why I don’t have the same power as the media being a citizen of the USA.

If anyone has any tips on how I can get this information, please let me know.

They are public information and you need to contact the county the friend died in to receive a copy of the death certificate.

BUT…as you said, families of the celebrities would like to have that information stay private. Please give the same respect to you friends family, whether you like them or not. Although it is public record, it it is still a private matter.

I heard that the character Susie Salmon was based on a real person that was murdered with a different name. I was wondering if that was true, because I can’t find any records of a death in Pennsylvania. If it is true, can you help me find the name of the person?

the author Alice Sebold was raped when young and due to her experiences of discovering the rapist having him jailed and going through the life experiences of a rape victim. The grief process. she studied writing and finally wrote "The lovely Bones" to help her encompass her feelings and rape victims feeling lost and being forgotton by all but the families.

She has a website and has only written 3 books I believe. so that is the answer to the best of my knowledge on this young woman

The process did not require your signature unless you were still listed as a beneficiary, however the next of kin would have been the children and not the father so he had to be assigned as executor in order to file for probate, apparently the property is sitting in limbo and nothing has been done, you need an attorney to stand in for the children and get their share of the estate.}{
