Right ,where are they? I had to get a passport several years ago, I had one 20 years before but it expired so I needed a new one. I showed my birth certificate that was from a hospital, it was the only one I had and it was not acceptable. Since 9-11 they needed an official one from the state or city of birth not a hospital. That hospital one was good for over 50 years and now I needed another one. So I had to go to the hall of records in NYC and have a new official birth certificate printed up. So why as just an ordinary citizen did I not have a problem getting a new official birth certificate, and then a passport. Why can’t we see Obama’s official one, what is the big deal, why can’t he just show it. What is he hiding, and how did he get a passport, didn’t he have to show the birth certificate when he got it? I want to see it, I have a right to see it and so do you and all Americans!

I understand the need for answers. However some of these things aren’t going to actually serve any real purpose. Some of it is already obtainable on line.

1.) Although, I understand the confusion, as Obama was supposedly born in Queens hospital before he was born in Kapi’olani Hospital. This is why people want to see a registration of birth (not a live birth certificate).

2) His mother’s death certificate should be public information. She was born 11-29-42 died,7-11-95 age 52, in Honolulu. Her SS# was 535-40-8522

3) The funeral home records wouldn’t be public record.

4) Again Probate records are public information

4) You can find basic information on his 7 step brothers and sisters, on his father’s side, born to four different women. (Their addresses are not, nor should they be public information). There is also another step-sister from his mother and you can find her on line.
.
5) Father’s name: Barack Hussein Obama. Good luck on a death certificate – he died in a DUI in Kenya 20+ years ago!

6) He refuses to OK the release of these – probably because, according to his friends he was a B- student, not a genius.

7) Immigration records – good luck with that – he didn’t immigrate. He was here on a Student Visa in the 60’s.

8.) He refuses to release this or any college or university records!

The reality, which is hardly paranoia, Bob, is as follows:

Are all those Kenyans lying about our President? Shame on them. His grandmother says she was there at the Coast hospital in Mombosa when he was born. The Ambassador for Kenya, Peter Ogego, admitted that Obamadrama was born in Kenya and he plans to have a monument erected in his honor. Reverend Kweli Shuhubia has signed an affidavit stating that "it is common knowledge throughout the Christian and Muslim communities in Kenya that Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., the United States Presidential candidate, was born in Mombosa Kenya." The affidavit is basically regarding participating in a telephone interview that was done between a U.S. Minister and Sarah Obama, the grandmother. Many Kenyan Obama family members were present during this interview – and it was all recorded (http://www.thecommentary.net/obamas-grandmother-says-he-was-born-in-kenya/)

Hey, zaphod73! There is a difference between a "certificate of live birth"(what the Obamamaniacs are touting as a birth certificate) and a "registration of birth" (http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/obama-certified-copy-of-registration-of-birth-in-kenya.htm). The first, anyone can get even if they weren’t born there – it’s been done several times in Hawaii, since this issue came up. The second has all of the details of the birth and is submitted very shortly after the birth. Don’t act so superior unless you have some idea about what you are talking about. Obama is a liar and a loser – Deal with that! And if you believe you have a right to privacy, other than in your own home – you are truly uneducated.

To the morons out there, who believe that Osamabama has some particular right to privacy you aren’t too bright. All presidents release this type of personal information. He is the first that hasn’t. Bush and Kerry released their information, as did Clinton and others. Usually there is no need to ask, it is just done.

Therefore, when The One absolutely refuses to release pertinent information, it makes one wonder what is he hiding? If he is so intelligent, such a genius, why won’t he release his college/university transcripts? You think he’d be so proud of all those A’s and would be setting a good example for those little children. Why would he spend millions to fight court action requesting his registration of birth? It only costs about five bucks – don’t you wonder why?

BTW, interrob, to answer your moronic question "Why doesn’t John McCain release his "allegedly dead" mom’s death certificate?" She’s not allegedly dead! She is alive and well – and he proved it by bringing her on the campaign trail. Not to mention, she was a guest on Leno a few months ago. DUH! Perhaps you should educate yourself a bit more before you comment on things about which you know nothing

The entire issue of Obama proving where he was born has nothing to do with Democrats or Republicans – it has to do with the Constitution of the United States, Article II Section I, paragraph 4: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States." So, he needs to prove he is eligible. It’s the law!

To RU Quazee: lots of that stuff is available online – and some is very questionable, as well. Copy of school registration in Indonesia, selective service registration – very questionable, can be found here: http://www.theobamafile.com

Dude I don’t even like the new president. I didn’t vote for him. He is a fake and he is already spending more $$$ in office making the U.S. more in debt. Next 4 years are going to be hell with him in office. Thanks America for voting for him that wanted Change!?!?! You got what you asked for America! I think it wasn’t about electing him in office b/c of politics, I think people elected him in office to make history for the first black president. Next thing you know it, America will have Indian, Native American, Chinese, Japanese, Hispanic, Hindu, Islamic, German and more presidents like that. & when that happens America will be a wasteland.

Free Public Records Searches: An Overview of What is Free on the Internet

February 18th, 2010 No comments

Since its inception, the Internet has been billed as something of a mega-library, giving searchers access to more information at their fingertips than anything in human history.

Of course, this claim is true. There’s just one problem: the methods, techniques and tools we collectively use to search for information has not caught up with the sheer overwhelming volume of information available to us. In other words: often, we know that what we seek is out there somewhere, but we just do not always know how to find it. It is like finding a needle in a haystack.

The world of online public records access is no exception. It is true that if you are looking for free public records searches on the Internet, the information you need is out available somewhere. But, how do you know which are the best free sites?

Here, categorized by type of information sought, are some of the best sites I have found when you want to conduct free public records searches online:

1. Personal searches: people and contact information

Looking for that high school classmate, a past neighbor, an old flame or an ex-business associate? You need a people finder, and there are plenty to choose from. Try these free sites: ZabaSearch.com and Yahoo! People Search (people.yahoo.com).

2. Vital records: birth, death, marriage, divorce info

“Vital” comes from the Latin word for “life,” so of course vital records are any records related to the big events of our lives, such as births, marriages, and deaths. Visit VitalRec.com to obtain records such as birth certificates, death records, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, naturalization, adoption and land records.

3. Licensed professionals

Need to find a good doctor or lawyer in your area or who are working in a certain area of practice? For lawyers, check out the online directory FindLaw.com. (Caution: note that while the service is free, the lawyers pay for position on the site, so do not expect the highest-ranking lawyers to necessarily be the best choice). To find a doctor in your area or one working in a certain specialty, see AMA Doctor Finder (ama-assn.org/aps/amahg.htm).

4. Criminal records

Looking to find out where someone you know is doing hard time or behind bars in a minimum security prison? Check out the Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator (bop.gov/iloc2/LocateInmate.jsp). Search by name, age, race and sex and find out the prison name or release date.

5. Background checks

If you are considering hiring a new employee but need to run a background check, I recommend ZabaSearch.com. Note that while regular “people searches” on this site are free, background checks fall under their premium service and do involve a fee.

6. Military personnel records

National Personnel Records Center (archives.gov) is one of the National Archives and Records Administration’s largest sites. They claim to be “a central repository of personnel-related records, both military and civil service. [Their] mission is to provide world class service to government agencies, military veterans, former civilian Federal employees, family members, as well as researchers and historians.” This free site is worth checking out.

7. Copyright, patents and trademarks information

Got that creative itch, or looking to find out which existing writings, products, processes, idea and logos are already spoken for? The U.S. Copyright Office runs an amazing site at copyright.gov that gives you access to free copyright information. Meanwhile, the United States Patent and Trademark Office runs a very easy-to-use, free site (uspto.gov) that allows you to conduct comprehensive patent and trademark searches.

8. Phone directory

If you are trying to find the phone number of someone special or looking for the number of an old acquaintance or colleague, check out AnyWho (anywho.com) and Infobel (infobel.com/teldir/), both fre online phone directory services.

The thing is, either you are confused about what these documents are, or they are absolutely none of your business. In this country people have the right to privacy, which means nobody has the right to demand non-existent documents from you, either.

My best guess is that neither you nor I has ready access to a single document of our own on your list. Does that mean we were both born in Kenya? ?°)

Has any one checked Obama’s Death Certificates?

December 19th, 2009 13 comments

I did a search of Hawaii records, when the issue of his citizenship first came up. It was interesting. While copies of the documents could not be obtained, there was 3 live birth, and 3 death certificates for a person with Obama’s name. I have dealt with immigration issues. Identity theft was not an offense back then. Even today, it is common if a US citizen child dies, large families with non-citizen children, relatives, or friends in the community are given permission to use the birth certificate, to gain access to our great Nation.

Is it possible that everyone is focusing on the wrong issue – instead of birth certificate, perhaps access to death certificates would be revealing. This would make both the State of Hawaii accurate in their statement that an Obama was born there, and Obama’s grandmother correct in that knowing she was present at this man’s birth. – If it is not the same person.
I do not know Obama’s nationality. It is a citizens right to know. I was thinking that maybe, if irregularities with the certificate of live birth are accurate, the issue may not be the birth, but ability to trace a death certificate to that birth.
The interesting part to me was how unusual the name is; and the matching number of death and birth certificates.

|You have the mind of a detective and I would not want to be in the position of being your enemy.

Maybe you should use your investigative skills in law enforcement.

As for your observations my thoughts are:
1. hmm no one had come up with that angle before
2. this guy is a smart cookie
3. wow, if there is such a devious way of becoming a US citizen- that is one good way. I betcha it costs a LOT of money.
